Delivery + Returns



If you order on a Saturday or Sunday, your order will be shipped on Monday.

Our different delivery options are available at checkout.

We trust you will be delighted with your RecoverFit purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied you can return it to us any time within 28 days of receipt. (Please note we do NOT accept returns on SALE items). Products must be returned unworn, unused and undamaged in their original packaging. If the products have been opened and used, a restocking fee will be charged.

Refunds can be issued on purchases (FULL PRICED items ONLY) made online at only. Refunds are not accepted from items purchased from third party distributors.

Please note that we are UNABLE to process refunds on SALE items.


Firstly, we are really sorry this has happened to you. As we only use 'signed for' deliveries, please do contact us ASAP if your parcel is showing as delivered.

If this has happened to you, please notify one of our team within 10 days of this parcel being delivered, to enable the courier to launch an investigation into your missing parcel. If you notify us after this period, couriers will not be able to launch an investigation and your parcel will be deemed as lost.

RecoverFit does not accept any responsibility for any parcels lost during the delivery process. Any complaints or investigations must be raised through the courier directly.


Certain products on our online store are non-returnable, so please refer to our 'Returns Policy' to see if this applies to your order.

For other items at RecoverFit, you are able to return your items within 28 days of receipt of your shipment.

To request a refund, please go to your account and request the items which you would like to be refunded. This is subject to approval from the RecoverFit team. If you are completing this over the weekend, the team will be in touch with you on the next working day. 

If you are looking to return your item/s yourself, please send this to us at the address down below. Include your invoice in the package and mark next to the item/s you wish to return for a refund.


When returning any item whether for repair or refund please attach a small note with: name, order number & reason for turn as it helps our warehouse team to easily distinguish what to do. No note could lead to the return being misplaced or not getting repaired.

If you require an exchange please email with your name, contact details, order number and details of the preferred replacement choice (Item name, colour & size). This will ensure your item is kept aside whilst we await the return of your garment.


We pride ourselves on providing quality products to our customers. In the instance where a product is considered faulty we will offer a refund, replacement or gift voucher for the full purchase price. You must provide proof of purchase. RecoverFit reserves the right to examine the item in question to determine whether a product is faulty.

You must contact Recover Fit Ltd via phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the product if it has been damaged during delivery. Failure to do so will mean Recover Fit Ltd will not be held responsible for any damages.

If deemed faulty a replacement item will be shipped subject to stock availability or a voucher or refund issued. A response for Faulty Claims will be received within 10 business days of the products arrival at the Returns address above. For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.


  • RecoverFit will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
  • Customers will be responsible for completing the returns form accurately.
  • You must send the original or a copy of your invoice with the package.
  • In the event that your product is lost in transit, RecoverFit will not be held liable.
  • We ask that you allow 7 business days from the day you return your package for your account to be credited
  • Personalised Items CANNOT be returned or exchanged
